To investigate instances of Copyright, Trademarks and Patent infringement of all types and make complaints regarding the same to the appropriate enforcement agencies including the Police.
To undertake surveys to defect infringement / violation of Copyright anywhere in India and abroad through unauthorized hiring / renting / trading / dealings / selling / duplication / transferring / processing of cinematographic works and/or unauthorized Printing / Duplicating / Trading / Dealing / Manufacturing / Processing illegal sleeves of the Copyrights by establishments dealing in Audio / Video Film item.
To conduct surveys of any infringing activities that may be caused on by Audio / Video libraries, Shops, Duplicating Units, Studios, Printing Press, Cable TV Networks, Dish Antennas and/or any other institutes and/or any person/in India and abroad.
To file necessary complaints with the appropriate enforcement agencies (including the Police) and judicial authorities in respect of infringement, violation of Copyright under the Copyright Act 1957 (including but not limited to section 37, 51, 52 A, read with 63 and 68-A thereof) and/or forgery / misrepresentation under the Indian Penal Code and/or any other laws of India.
To deal and work as Copyright Protection Team or group, To deal or work as Audio Company, Video Company, Music Company, Film making company, and others on behalf of Copyright holders.
To operate Cable TV, Dish Antenna business and to do trading marketing & manufacturing, export and import of Audio Cassettes, Video Cassettes, Compact Disc, Laser Disc and all music and Film items.

Ltd. / Several Film Production Companies / Producers / Distributors / Copyright holders and current others for the protecting and safeguarding of their Cinematograph Films / Programs / Video Albums / Audio-Video Songs / Tele-Films Copyrights, Trademarks & Cable Rights under the Provisions of the Indian Copyright Act 1957.
