Ltd. / M/s Sate Vision / M/s Vishwan Films / M/s Fortune 5 Entertainment / M/s Dixi Films / Dixi Video / M/s TNC Films / TNC Audio / M/s Reflections / M/s YR Films / M/s Jayshree Pravin Enterprises / M/s R. Films / M/s Tarun Films International / M/s Mohan Movies / M/s S.M. Electronics / M/s Jaishwal Electronics (Madhur) / M/s Maher Electronics / Cassettes / M/s Nice Music Company / Nice Cassettes / M/s Maa Cassettes / M/s N.K. Industries / Madhur Geet Cassettes / M/s Shree Krishna Cassettes / Several Film Production Companies / Producers / Distributors / Copyright owner/holders being Assignee / Licensee.
Hence, we, being the Exclusive Copyright Owner/holder, have been issuing Communication to the Public License (under the Copyright Act 1957 and The Cable TV Networks regulation Act 1995) to all Commercial & Non-commercial Establishments including but not limited to Multi System Operators Cable TV Operators / Networks, Hotels, Shopping Malls, Showrooms, Departmental Stores, Restaurants and others wherever our Films / Programs / Video Albums / Audio-Video Songs / Tele-Films etc. have been Playing / Showing / Telecasting / Exhibiting / Broadcasting / Re-Broadcasting / Public Exhibition / Communicate to the Public etc. publicly for the entertainment sake or for non private purposes whether by the way of Music Cassettes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, Computers or in any other form / technology by any medium . So all the above mentioned Commercial & Non-commercial Establishments must take necessary License / written permission from M/s Cine Prime Entertainment Pvt. Ltd.
It is mandatory under the Copyright Act 1957.
